White House Faulted Over Manatees (washingtonpost.com)

Once again, a court is asking the White House to do the unthinkable and actually enforce the Endangered Species Act. I'm sick and tired of this, really. If they don't like the ESA, try to get it repealed. (Really. I mean it. I'd love to see you try.) As for L'il Brother Jeb, he should just come out and say that he's in favor driving motorboats at high speeds everywhere and if the manatees get chopped into hamburger it's their fault for not evolving a deep-water lifestyle. We'll be sure to see some movement in the polls then!
