Cow urine Aids 'cure'

Great, you have AIDS, and someone sells you cow pee at twelve bucks a bottle. I presume you have to drink it. Why are people so gullible? I'm certainly not restricting that to overseas; see the "New type of water is said to be better than regular water" article, where one of the rip-off artists operates out of my hometown.
