Northport employee unlikely to receive disciplinary action

My tax dollars at work: Timothy Thomas had city personnel use city equipment to pave his driveway on city time. But he's going to pay the city back, so it's okay. (Not for the employees' time, just $194 for the expenses.) Oh, and his uncle is on the City Council, but I'm sure that has nothing to do with him keeping his job.
