It's not going to happen before 2008... it's already too little too late anyway.
Wonder when Presidents will start issuing blanket pardons to the previous administration? 2012?
Case does prove the best method of handling it when caught dead to rights, "yes no, no sir, no excuses sir", eyeballs straight ahead and hands in plain sight at all times.
