The DCSWF is really getting it now. You would think that they'd grandfather the old ones in, but no:

South Carolina officials will begin enforcing the ban Oct. 9. People with snakeheads are asked to turn them in before then.

If they don't, then one night, they'll get a knock on the door from the fearsome Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Snakeheads. Be Warned.
