CNN.com - Man jailed for 17 years exonerated of 1984 rape, murder - August 26, 2002

Boy, nice justice system we got here, huh? 110 unjustly convicted people in the USA have been exonerated through DNA evidence. Now, think of all the people who don't have any DNA evidence to clear them. (For instance, when there's no evidence any crime has been committed.) What happens to them? Does anyone actually think that it's just the people who can be cleared by DNA who are unjustly convicted? Right.
