People from the South frequently ask me if I'm from the North or if I'm military but my Southern accent is pretty easy to spot by anyone not from around here.
I was born and raised in FL, most people think I'm from California or something, because I have no accent.
From the west, and my accent was a western accent. Only question - when the site said I had the lowest common denominator of American speech, was that supposed to be an insult?
