Supreme Court hears challenge to state's fornication law

Out-of-wedlock sex is illegal in Georgia. The state SC is being asked to overturn the law. They already overturned the law against sodomy, remember that one? This one is probably less silly than Alabama's overturned anti-dildo law, but harder to enforce.
