Shrimpers plan suit against Vietnam

Not that many attorneys wouldn't love to make a defendant out of the People's Republics (China is another potential defendant), but suing them for "dumping" shellfish seems stupid to me. Of course, I'm in favor of free trade and what these guys want is another tariff. The biggest problem is that American shrimpers are too good at what they do and there aren't as many shrimp in the Gulf anymore. Moreover, Asian shrimp aren't being "dumped" in the sense that they're being sold below cost. They're just cheaper, because they're farm-raised.
