Yep, that's standard Hamas for you... Israel has apologized for the killing of a Palestinian family in Gaza. And they're investigating to find out what went wrong. Hamas has never apologized for anything, and only investigates to find out what went wrong when a bomb doesn't kill anyone. But the sides are morally equivalent, right?
