5 in Detroit indicted as al Qaeda 'sleepers' / FBI says cell's job was to scout airport, buy guns

Typically, they appear to have been in custody for 11 months. But who care about their civil rights, right? Right now, I don't really believe anything that comes out of the Justice Department. I figure the odds are these guys are just simple petty criminals who happen to be Muslim.
