DC Baseball in 2003?

Agreement Reached, Games to Continue (washingtonpost.com)

I thought I'd throw this out there relating to Baseball finally coming up with a Collective Bargaining Agreement without a work stoppage. Part of the agreement is that the owners pledged to not contract any teams until 2006. Now, the Montreal Expos are currently under the ownership of MLB itself and were expected to be contracted. (I never really bought that.) As it is, baseball is supposedly not viable in Montreal. Given that, the Expos would have to move, the first team relocation since the mid-seventies. Washington (the last city to lose a team) seems the most probable location.
