49% think First Amendment goes too far

Well, that's just dandy. Let me exercise my rights -- while I still have them -- and say that 49% of Americans are a bunch of subliterate, underintelligent, drooling, mouthbreathing, cryptofascist jackasses who deserve to spend the rest of their lives watching Touched By An Angel reruns on the PAX network.

At least Ashcroft is happy. I will point out that Republicans and the Religious Right are more likely to be among the 49 percenters, which is exactly what I've been saying all along. Why "Libertarians" can't figure this out is beyond me.
