The FBI and INS (the two incompetent law enforcement agencies that are more incompetent together!) are checking mall jewelry kiosks operating as "Intrigue Jewelers". The suspicion is that it's a money-laundering operation for terrorists. Intrigue has an odd spread of markets: Pennsylvania, Florida, California, Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina.
