Teacher suspended over slur
I wasn't going to post on this, but then I saw that the teacher, who is white and was suspended for allegedly slurring two black students, is named "Alan Blackmon". Whee!

Blackmon was struck once in the back the head by a female student, and then hit twice in the mouth by a male student who jumped into the fight to defend his sister, according to Michelle Blackmon, the teacher's wife, who said she was told by Blackmon and other witnesses.
Her husband's watch was broken, his tooth was possibly cracked, and they have a doctor's report indicating he was hit, said Michelle Blackmon, who also teaches at the school.
At the risk of sounding like a racist fucktard, I'm going to ask you... Can you blame the guy? I can't. And he may lose his job over this but it'll probably be the best thing that ever happened to him.
Yeah, the people acting like pig-ignorant animals are given only three days of suspension for physical assault, while this guy's career is in the can for using an epithet while trying to break up a fight without help.
I think his labor would probably be more useful and appreciated elsewhere.
