That does it

CNN.com - Depression in Atlantic may become Tropical Storm Debby - Aug 22, 2006

The National Hurricane Center is definitely giving these storms nonthreatening names to take us off our guard. I don't think there's a less threatening name than "Debby".

I'm not the first to note this, but I think that the Pacific needs more consonants. Maybe they could trade with Eastern Europe.

The Pacific hurricanes are mostly Hawaiian or from related Polynesian languages, though, right?
