Confederate group complains of parade flag ban

The Confederate battle flag is a symbol of racism and offensive to many people; "Southern heritage" in relation to the defense of slavery and then Jim Crow is nothing to be proud of. Moreover, marching on Veterans' Day in a parade meant to honor the men who fought for this country while carrying the banner of treason is loathsome.
