Young sold west Mobile home soon after primary loss

Senator Benedict Shelby's former chief of staff ran for the GOP nomination for a Congressional seat around Mobile. He had to move from DC, of course, and when he lost, he sold the house he bought in Mobile, of course. So what's wrong with that? Just because he doesn't actually live in Alabama, why shouldn't he be able to run for Congress here?
