Russian officials claim credit for rain

You have to admit, that puts Presidents claiming credit for everything good that happens on their watch to shame. The Russian government claims it can control the weather! They have a box they're calling an "ionizer" that they say can create rain, and that they "used" to bring showers to clean up after forest fires.
