The Indy Channel - Indiana Piranha Turn Out To Be Fish Story

As happened near me recently, suspected piranha turned out to be "pacu", a vegetarian relative of the piranha. Is there somebody (Johnny Pacu?) roaming the country dumping them into rivers and trying to scare people?
