Arcade owners say rights violated

Sheriffs have seized video poker and other gampling machines and threatened proprietors with arrest. Why? Because video poker machines are illegal. And they're acting like there's something wrong with that! Anyway, the arcade owners are saying that their rights have been violated because their illegal machines were seized and they would be arrested if they kept operating them. It's a potentially revolutionary case. But I don't think the courts will hold it a rights violation to enforce the law.
