Ananova - Arafat's Fatah movement to prevent attacks on Israelis

BAWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

Unless "prevent" is meant in an unusual sense of "routinely perpetrate", or if there's a different "Arafat" with a different "Fatah movement", I'll believe it when I see it. Over the course of months. And even then I'll be skeptical.

However, in a three-page leaflet Fatah said it would continue resisting Israel's occupation of the West Bank and Gaza.

The leaflet did not specifically say that attacks in these areas would continue, but the word resistance is usually taken to mean that.
