Pakistan launches its first home made submarine

Kind of brings to mind a boat built by some kids in the garage, doesn't it? It's a government project, built in Pakistan, of course. I'm not sure if it will actually do any good, but I guess it will make them feel nice. Until India takes over the coast around Karachi and Pakistan is landlocked, of course.
